Land Cruiser Made in Hamura Plant, Not Tahara???

Just got word from my very large Toyota dealership in MN that Toyota has told them that all 5,000 of the First Editions have been made (or in production). So, for now, it appears that only the Land Cruiser and 1958 trims will be available to order/allocate. Take this with a grain of salt.
Are you going through Walser, by chance? I'm in ND but saw they had something like 8 allocated LCs showing up on the Toyota site, which was the most I've seen at an individual dealer in the area.

I went through my dealers current allocation list which is extensive at over 48 LC's. I witnessed window stickers with both Hamura and Tahara plants as final assy. Oddly this was spread across both FE and LC trims. There were both coming from both plants...
My First Edition is still pending Production / In Production as of today.

I’m just happy mine is beginning to move. It sat in being built status little longer than I’m use to and finally have a full VIN.
This seems right. Mine is an RK and it was made at Hamura. Vin ends with 975, which I assume is where it was on the first production run based on what I have seen.
This is basically correct, although the R actually denotes the 2024 model year. From the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum:

The fact that the Hino plant manufactures heavy duty trucks actually gives me some comfort (mine was made there). Hino is well-regarded for their heavy tucks. However, would I prefer Tahara? Sure.
You are correct. Based off of your info I searched our largest Toyota dealer and confirmed that info (to myself).
