For anyone interested:
I have a 24 Land Cruiser that came with a first edition roof rack.
I wanted to get a ski box that fit the look, fit our skis, and didn’t cover up the sunroof too much.
I got the Yakima CBX 16, that can fit 185’s, along with the T slot mounting kit.
Long story short, the t slot kit isn’t intended for the first edition type rack, factory latches are fine as long as you move the rear movable bar up to the next tapping.
I also got the weather tech floor mats. They’re infinitely better than factory.
