if the sensors transmits at 315mhz your car will be able to detect them. I was able to program a 2nd set of wheels using autel sensors via the on board settings.

Thanks! Did you need to have them programmed or cloned first or did they work straight out of the box and you just set them as a second set of wheels in the landcruiser settings and it figured them out?
Did they come with instructions with how to do this? or something that i can figure out in the onboard screen? Or other?
The process is standard with newer yotas using the onboard settings. I used the info i gathered from the manual, tundra forums, and youtube.
Hate to be redundant, but you assigned new IDs using only the onboard computer? Or did you use an Autel or other brand TPMS tool?
Used the autel device to assign the new IDs. Then used the onboard settings to add the sensors to the ecu.
Thanks for the answer! I'm overseas and I don't want to buy the $200+ device for basically a one time use, does anyone know any other TPMS that will work and come pre-programmed? Or is there any chance the Autel sensors will work without the device?
One of the advantages of the OEM part is that it is preprogrammed. You'll work through the menu options, then drive around about 5 minutes and they should recognize automatically. Just be sure that you aren't close to any other cars/sensors when you are going through the ID process.
