let me know if you do find a +40. From my extensive research (I'm a wheel whore), I think between a +38 and +42 would be perfect fitment

Have you looked at ICON’s? They have a +40 offset.
No.. I'm only looking at wheels by rays engineering (volk/advan/gramlights) or work wheels.
Gram Lights 57DR-X, Team Daytona D108, Rays A-LAP 07X or M9+, Volk Racing TE37 Ultra Large PCD/Progressive II all have +40 or greater offsets, are all available in bronze (except for the 57DR-X +52) with the PCDs for LC250 fitment. Japanese YouTube videos go through the fitments for these wheels on LC250s.
There is an ADVAN RG-D2 for HiAce vans with a +38 and several more Rays wheels (TE-37SL/SB, etc) if you're willing to do that offset.
Other JDM wheels with large 40+ offsets are JAOS and 4x4 Engineering/Bradley. These are typically stocked in Japan instead of special order, like most of the Rays. I'm placing an order for Bradley Vs that are 18x8.5, +40, (could be on a plane within week).

I would rather not have to order from Japan and wait 3 months for arrival and jump thru all of shipping and import issue that will arise .

I’m in the same boat. Not enough options out there. I ordered Method 318’s. Won’t arrive until November.
Two local companies here that will probably start working with the US distributor(s) to build stock for this market are RPM Garage and Showstoppers USA.
Will be parting with my rays soon.. 18x9 20mm offset on 35x11.5R18 Falken rt0-1 , but heres so you have an idea of fitment. I also have a two and a half inch lift

You'll have poke with +20offset. I have +45 offset with 285/65r18 tires and they just barely sit flush with top of fender flare. But it sounds like you are looking for a very specific wheel.
Toyota Tacoma TRD wheel in 18" But I also have the Method 319 on order that should be arriving soon in Gloss Black 18x8.5" with a +40offset.
