Passenger side vents

What are these two vents next to the air intake for the traction battery cooling system? Why are they only on the passenger side? The one next to the cargo area looks like it could be blocked pretty easy by something in the back.

Well question answered as soon as I posted. I searched I swear! They are HVAC vents. I assume nothing to do with battery cooling system
 
I thought that they were air intakes for the cooling system for the traction battery..

I might be wrong, just ask my X..
