That’s crazy. My quote was $6000 which is typical. That’s from a ceramic pro elite dealer. I’ve had xpel, 3M, and suntek on vehicles. The cost is mostly labor, and the LC is not a difficult vehicle with large flat sections and not too challenging curves. I’d ask members of the Porsche club or Ferrari club in your local area who they recommend.Starting a poll on full vehicle PPF to give people an idea of what it costs. I received a quote of $13,500 for mine using expl. Feel free to put specifics of actual dollar amount/type of film used in comments.
Where cars are concerned, there are benefits to being in California!I am picking up my lcfe this wk from the ppf shop. They used xpel. The quotes I got ranged from $4k-8k for full body. The shop I went with cost $5k for ppf. I also got tinting, bar placed behind the grill (parts and labor), side molding installed (labor only, photo take prior to installation) and the oem dash cam installed (labor only). All said itll cost me around $6200. See photos. I saw it in person last wk and i love it!
My thoughts exactly - they weren’t even competitive with a repaint!Damn! That’s wild. At that price, I think I’d just not and then respray in ten years.

Initially I went to Yelp for a quote which got me 5-7 replies and calls from nearby shops. After speaking w good buddy who owns a Porsche, He referred me to his friend that happens to own a luxury auto body shop. The shop owner gave me material at cost and great price on labor. That’s a great idea. Thanks.
