2024 Toyota Landcruiser 250 Wind Chill
We had the 250 a week and today the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Would not drive, brakes would not disengage, when they did they camped at 100% when you touched the pedal.

This sucks dirty pond water. Safe to say everyone here feels your pain. Please keep us posted.

So, here’s a quick update from the dealer this morning. I took a couple of screen shots from the video they sent us.
Looks like a brake booster failure.

That blows! I've never had an electric parking brake before............. Kind of wish I didn't have one now.
The electronic parking brake was one of the big Achille's heel in two of my Range Rover Sports.
The problem with Land Rover is the "electronic" part.

On 3 separate occasions while driving on the highway, the parking brake errors and engaged. This, of course,
causes the vehicle to slow down. The worst part is the rear brake calipers literally get red hot and warp. This required
a new brake assembly as well as the electronic brake assembly.
Back in 2014, this was a $3,500 fix from Land Rover if it wasn't under warranty.

I expect this to be a very rare occurrence with the Land Cruiser.

I am glad it was something relatively minor, and that you will soon be back up and running!

She fixed and back on the road.

The master cylinder assembly (part number 47050-60C00) was Replaced, the brake booster gasket (part number 44785-02060)along with the brake fluid.

They also have a line that states that says “Register ECU Key”, not sure what that means?

Outstanding. Easy fix.
Always remember, anything with two or more moving parts can and will fail. Even a Toyota.
