Toyo Open Country A/T 3s (285/75/R17) over Method 703s (17x8.5 with +35 offset). I had read and seen for many posters this was the biggest without any lift needed. I left the original size spare under the vehicle and will use for emergency exits. I didn't choose black wheels because I already have that combo on my old rig so wanted something different. The poke is very slight with this offset. Excited to get out there and see how it handles.

Any rubbing

From the other posts I’ve read for this size there shouldn’t be any rubbing. The size works out to be about 34” so as I remember from several vids those clear with full articulation. However, I’ve only driven it on the road since yesterday. Will update when I get off-road .

Thanks. Also what tire pressure are you running?

came out of the shop fully inflated at 40 but I’ll drop it down to 35 for normal street driving

Yes there's no TPMS warnings at 40 psi but it is stiffer than the stock 20" wheel set up that came with my LC base.
