Hello all,

I wanted to see if anyone has done this set up?
Westcott Precollar Lift
17x8.5 et 35 (thinking the method 703)
35x12.5x17 tires?

I've looking around on here and thought I would ask, as I have an LC premium ordered and already have the Westcott in hand.
I imagine it will be fine and just require some slight trimming, but thought I'd ask and see if anyone has the same setup.

Lastly, what's everyone think of the Baja Boss MT tires?

Thanks!

Yes, youtube has many vids of their fitment (check the Westcott youtube channel). I have that collar lift but am running a 315 70 17. Gives a little more breathing room. Even on these, I had to remove the crash bar and the front mud flaps. No other trimming needed. The Baja Boss MTs are a good tire, a little too noisy for me. Mickey's are good tires though so you may want to look at the ATs, aggressive tread but quieter than the MTs. I went with the Toyo Open Country AT3s this time. they're my fav.

Thank you! I have the Open Country on my current vehicle and love them, just thought about trying the mickey's on the LC. With your advice, maybe I'll go AT on them instead. Appreciate it.

Mine is at OK4WD right now. They said the 35s Toyo Tires Open Country AT3 is rubbing w/ the Westcott Lift kit.
They called Westcott and they confirmed that slight trimming is required.
Westcott said they didn't want to mention on their YouTube channel .
Just a heads up for people who is planning to go this route.

My indirect answer:
Even though I had 2” lifted rear (with new springs), and leveled front 2.75”, tires 35/11.5 R18 +35 offset….It barely clear when maximum turns. No trimming, no remove anything

So with Westcott and 12.5” wide tires, I doubt about it like others already mentioned
