Regarding the Wescott PRELOAD COLLAR LIFT KIT 2.50” (front lift) and .75” (rear lift) any ideas of cost at a toyota dealership installed?
Dont have the tools etc to do it myself so looking for an idea of installed cost
Thanks

I wouldn’t take it to a dealer. I’d call around to a few independent shops to see what they’d charge.

I might be totally wrong, but I would doubt if Toyota would warranty this lift, no matter who installs it. I would be surprised if most Toyota dealerships would do the install anyway.

Nor would I want them to. Can you imagine the head-scratching that would be going on back in the shop?

True, I can only figure that to be a nightmare one wouldn’t want to see.

I was not that clear, my bad - our local dealership was reluctant to do any warranty work on the LC because something was done to the LC by a private shop ( in this case a ghost alarm system), not a toyota dealership.

This brings up an interesting question I have been thinking about. We see many videos showing modifications being done by Ed Martin Toyota out of Indiana. They sure seem to be on top of mods and what can be done to these trucks. I guess this is pretty unusual for a dealership?

I've got a lift for sale if anyone wants to buy it. $500 for the black anodized version.
