Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) Message in 4Low

OK, I know this has been talked about but I cant find it when I search. This stupid "VSC Turned OFF..." when in 4Low message keeps coming back even if you dismiss it. Has anyone found a way to kill? What a dumb design when you are "off-roading" to have a message that is persistent when you want/expect those systems to be tuned off. I really thought there was a way to kill it.

Can I go back to 4l later and have the message stay away?

That does nothing to help the situation as the message happens in 4Low and I want to be in 4Low.

It goes away when the PCS (Pre collision system) is turned to off. This is found in the instrument cluster vehicle settings.
