If someone is looking for round headlights for his LC/LC Premium, I prefer the square headlights and would be willing to trade mine.

My 1958 is 1 week old so headlights are in good condition.

I can do the swap myself at my place or meet in a Toyota dealer.

Sorry but anyone that would be willing to trade the legacy goofy round headlights for the upscale new version would have to have a screw loose in their big head light.

Ah yes, legacy thinking. I wish i had kept my FJ40 and the exact LC you refer to form my over seas days, but i did not. So now i settle for the Soccer Mom version with the updated front end and head lights. What was, was, what is now is well, the future, no going back.

I am in Virginia and have the square headlights, looking for round. Only issue is the lc is my daily. I'm all about the swap but I would need your lights first so I can have working headlights. I work nights and kinda need them lol

You guys should meet half way. Trade with shipping is kinda iffy. What if shipper lost/damage the package? and shipping a pair of headlights internationally is not cheap.

In 2024, I would meet halfway or even drove anywhere on the East coast to meet another member and make it happens.

Just updated this thread and will keep this trade within Canada unless someone from USA wants to drive to this side of the border. I can do labor for the headlights swap at my place and I can pay labor for coding at dealer for both LC if you come here.

FYI, you are going to have to order parts because they are not the same module or electrical hook-ups on the back side of the headlight assy. There are a couple of You-Tube videos on it.

I saw those vids, you can trade all the parts between a 1958/FE and LC/LC Premium. No need to buy anything. Just swap from a truck to another

My question is: if you buy at the dealer, you need parts to install round lights..But what if you swap with someone who own a LC240. Does the round lights on the vehicle come with the hardwares that the dealer talk about and vice versa?

In the vid, all the extra modules and hardware they had to buy separately for the round headlights are already installed from factory on my 1958 round headlights! So it would be a direct swap from one LC to another. Just remove both bumpers and swap headlights.

Honestly, I would prefer to do the job myself at my place vs having some kids at dealer messing up something. Dealer wasn't able to install my 33'' BF properly without vibration... went twice and they weren't able to balance the tires when truck was brand new... I had to go at my friend's place to get them properly balance...
