Tire Upgrade ?

Here u go bro. Switched up to 275/70 ko3. Slighty taller and skinny tire to match height of stock and minimize poke.

*had to do some "adjustment" to front fender liner to prevent rubbing at full lock (on incline). A + size offset might have better clearance.

"These Land Cruiser people think that just because they can drive anywhere they can park anywhere too!" ;)

Any thoughts on the 265/70 R18 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3

I plan on doing milder off road... Mostly poorly maintained service roads

I think they'll be awesome! Hopefully better in the rain / balancing than KO2's. Best looking tire IMO - That and the Mickey's. I'll be doing milder off road / forest trails / ect - I'm locked on KO3's / AT4W's / Rubitreks....

Anyone thought about these wheels for the new LC? Know they were used on heritage edition 200 series and I thought it looked really nice. Comes in black too. I have a meteor shower so torn on which would look better.

Bronze wheels on Meteor Shower would be a mistake IMO. They are not complimentary, nor contrasting. Bronze on black, different story.

Would they fit? They look like a totally different lug pattern, though I'm not sure if it's possible to make it work anyway.

Actually, here's a photo of a black 4runner with the bronze TRD wheels; gives a pretty good approximation, and looks like a 6-lug pattern. I'm not sure of the part no. or official name for these, though

I went with 285/70/17 +20 offset and it fit perfectly. No mods and zero rub. I was worried there would be clearance issues, but it worked out great.

That looks about perfect for size and just a bit of poke IMO. I'd go 18's, but the rest looks great! Any chance you could post a pic or two right down the side to get a better sense of how much poke you've got?

I was debating between 18s and 17s for a long time, and it wasn't easy to decide. I've attached a couple pictures. I can take more of these don't work for you.

How do you like the Outpost NAT's?
I like them so far, decent ride for E load (they donโ€™t have a C in my sizes), definite difference in road noise, but thatโ€™s expected coming from the oem yokohamas. I ran Nokian Hakkapalitas in the past and they were the best winter tire Iโ€™ve had. Hoping these perform well year round.

Good to hear. I wasn't thrilled with the smaller wheel/offset options right now, so going to try out the Nokians on my 20"s until I can decide on an 18 or 17 inch option down the line.

Bought some takeoff FE 18-inch wheels & slapped on the KO3's: 275/70/18

Obviously some increase in noise, but nothing that bad. Definitely helps with micro-bumps just in daily driving. Can't wait to take them on the trail soon!

Any issues balancing the tires?

Can you share some full side profile pics?
