Sorry for an ignorant question, but I've never had a vehicle with a built-in tow hitch before...

Just got a fun logo'ed tow hitch insert to put in when I'm not towing, but the locking pin it came with is too short to fit through all the way through the hole in the LC hitch.

Any idea what length I need? Is is just a commodity part I can order from (eg) Amazon?

My 58 came with the pin, it was in the compartment with the Jack handle kit.

This pin from Amazon works, I tow with my LC and the pin is decent. I actually like that I don't need the key to lock it, just needed to unlock.

I thought it was sort of dumb the way the receiver is covered, I'm not sure if the extra shroud is structural, doesn't seem to be, but that pin will cover you!
