Just bought the 2000 v2 via Amazon on a BF deal yesterday with a $100 digital coupon on top. These work great with the LC - field tested a 1000 plus for two days on the trail.

I picked up the jackery 2000 v2 as well with solar. I am still out of power day 5 and using it along with my honda generator to keep heat and refrigerators going.

Bought the 2000 for the additional watt hours and may pick up solar later, using the LC now to recharge when the power is out.

I’m in WA too and I did use my LC inverter to run a space heater, wifi, TV, a light and my laptop! It worked great. I probably used it for 20 hours total.

Hopefully I get power back soon..... they are saying Monday for power restore. We lost it Tuesday at 3pm. Just got internet back up today so running wifi off generator. I did use the LC for running a compressor and some power tools to cut up some trees that fell. Place is still a mess after 2 big trailer loads of debris to the transfer station. Had a couple trees come down.

Worked great off the LC inverter and then I coupled it with a cheap stainless kettle from Fred Meyer and a stainless frying pan.

Also used the Jackery 1000plus with a Starlink Mini and this Wemax projector that we’ve had for several years. (Highly recommend) - worked great for MNF with this projector screen:

Plugged the Jackery into the inverter while we were driving and it was back up to full charge within a few hours.

I’ll watch for deals on an Iceco or Dometic fridge in the future.
