Hi there! I recently joined the Land Cruiser forum to gain some knowledge as a first-time Toyota owner of a 2025 Land Cruiser/LC Premium in Trail/Dust configuration. With retirement looming, I sought a reliable, adventurous, and enjoyable vehicle for years to come. The LC seemed like the perfect fit for me. I reside in an area with all four seasons, so I’ve always had an SUV or truck to handle the winters. However, I’m hopeful that this new-generation Toyota will live up to the expectations set by previous generations. This concern stems from watching too many YouTube influencers’ opinions about the LC and Toyota’s direction in general.
Despite this, I’ve already put on 1,000 miles and am thoroughly enjoying my decision. I also own a 2012 Audi A5 coupe with a manual transmission that has been trouble-free and enjoyable to drive, especially during the summer.
Although I’m new to forums, I’ve already gained some valuable insights from reading the posts. I’m excited to become part of the Land Cruiser family and share my experiences.
