I just joined. I have owned a LC 100 for eight years.

I have owned a LC 100 for eight years. I love the truck. Second owner. It runs like a top. I have a First Edition sitting at the Port of Portland under a “quality control” hold. Something wrong with it that Toyota won’t own up to. I’m going to give the LC 100 to my nephew when I get my hands on the new one. I spend time on “jeep roads” in Eastern Washington and the California deserts. I want to do more overlanding so I’m going to install a roof top tent.

Somewhere it was posted that possibly an issue with the VSC system. Hopefully only a firmware update, and they will be on the way.

Congrats from another WA FE purchaser. Mine is sitting there with yours in Portland. I’ve had a Jeep for years (after owning a 5th Gen 4R) and I’m looking forward to getting back into a Toyota - and doing a little overlanding. I ordered an Inspired Overland (IO) XL roof top tent which should be here soon - so looking forward to getting that on the FE and hitting the trails. See you out there and hopefully we get our trucks soon!

me too. i've done lots of car camping in 80 and 105 series, but making the RTT switch as well with the 250 FE (when it ever arrives)! the factory roof rack has 75kg dynamic weight capacity, so can limit your hard shell options, if you were going that route. good luck gearing up!
