This post got me thinking - has anyone run across any kind of magsafe "passthrough" device that would just conduct the charging from the pad through to an iPhone? The stupid camera bump makes it so my phone never really charges (though it does seem to prevent it from dying).

A "puck" that conducted the charging would work - or alternatively, I may attempt something like the solution in the linked post, but I'd love to pop the trim off of the dash and see if there's a better way to route the wires directly through the dash to the back of the ports.

Miss Daisy’s charging pad works great at charging my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Agreed. Mine charges but not very rapidly. It more or less keeps the battery from draining further, not much more.

I have one of those silicone pads on it; wonder if that could be preventing the full capability as well.

The charging pad is only a 15w charger .. it's not supposed to be a fast charger. If you need quick charging, use a high capacity cable and use the USB-C port at the rear of the center console

Right, but calling it a “slow charger” would even be charitable.

There was a TSB put out on using Mag safe products with OEM pad charger. If you follow the link in the PDF, it'll take you to the database to see if your device is compatible.
