I just purchased my LC in December of 2024, a new 2025 1958 model. So far I can say the ride quality is far superior to the jeep on road. The seats feel great on a long trip and the heated seats and steering wheel are a huge upgrade from my old 2012 Rubicon. One thing I found today is I could back a trailer up my driveway just in in the LC... the Rubicon was geared with low torque and far too fast to make it up my incline with a trailer, so that was a pleasant experience!

Looking forward to other comparisons in the months to come!

I had a Jeep JL Rubicon and now have a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, which Iโ€™ve kept along with my new LC LC Premium. They both have their pros and cons, and I love them both. The two unexpected things I miss with the LC are the grocery bag hooks behind the seats and the place to rest sunglasses on the dash. Sounds lame, I know.

Actually not lame at all! Constantly trying to figure out the best spot for my glasses. I'd gladly trade my cool box for one

I make my passenger hold my glasses... and make me sandwiches
Winner winner!

I put mine in the cool box, but when youโ€™re wearing them and taking them off, probably should have been a better place to store in dash. Iโ€™d have preferred no cool box and a better storage design, as the cool box itself provides minimal storage space. Iโ€™ve used it as a cool box exactly once.

I purchased these and they fit the thick visor of the LC really well. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D16V98QG?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

just put the glasses in the cool box, thats what I do
That's where I have them when not in use. The cool box compared to the center console storage in the jeep, however, is around half or less. In my jeep I have three+ pairs of glasses, a flashlight, two headlamps, two multi-tools, microfiber towel, bandana, tech cables, hand gel, and pens. Right now my cool box holds three pairs of glasses and a window break / seatbelt cutter tool and that's it. ...and I still have nowhere to easily set the glasses down when running in and out. That said, it's a very slight inconvenience. I still love my LC.

Not sure why more cars donโ€™t come with hooks near the back hatch for grocery bags. That is a seriously useful feature.
