Hybrid Batteries power

Hi,
I recently purchased an LC and have been driving it for two weeks. I've noticed that the EV battery level has remained at only 3 bars since I bought it. Is there a way to charge the battery to full power? Is there a switch to initiate a full battery charge?

From what I have read, no. The vehicle maintains a charge optimal for battery life, and that is typically not 100%. The LC "knows" what is best.
