Help with OBD scanner?

Coming from CDJR Jeep, I've been using a device named "OBDLink MX+ Bluetooth Scanner" paired to android phone to do modifications (it pairs to Iphone, but allows less modifications) in CDJR. Recently I hooked up OBDLink to my 58 but didn't see any menu options to change chimes, key functions and such. Has anyone had success with this OBD reader or do I need to buy a Carista to Toyo products?

PS If I need to get a Carista - Is there any specific OBD model OBD?

There is only two Carista models on their website. The cheaper one will do.

I connected our OBDLinkMX (not the + model), and unsuccessful on our 2021 Highlander Hybrid.
