Hey Everyone,
I just left a local tint shop and when starting my car I have multiple messages popping up including Drive-Start Control System and Check Engine. Based on the time when the codes popped up matches when the tint shop said they hooked up a trickle charger to the terminal under the hood. I am able to drive the car but clearly the hybrid system is not working. I have scoured the forums and have seen removing the negative terminal in the back can reset the computers after 15 minutes but that didn't work for me. Any thoughts and suggestion are greatly appreciated as I am supposed to leave for Yellowstone tomorrow morning. A side note, when I opened the hood, I found the fuse panel completely open with out the cover being replaced.

Trickle charger shouldn't have cause this as I have had mine on a under-hood trickle charger many times. (dependent on what/where they did under the hood)

Absolutely agree, with you that shouldn’t have caused it. I tried unplugging the negative terminal again and let the car sit without power over night and this morning I turned on the car and all the alerts have gone away. Very strange but happy to report that the car seems to be running ok.

I wonder if they put on the trickle charger and disconnected the battery?

“Drive start control system” sounds like the backup starter, so maybe it threw a code since battery was disconnected.
