First Edition FE Roof Rack with extra crossbar

I was able to order an extra crossbar from Toyota. We thought that the extra bar would not be available, Toyota sells them for 80.

Could you please provide the part number? I just cannot understand why they left the big gap in the rack at rear. I initially assumed it might be for the shark fin, but I think that lies under the plastic fairing. It's weird.
