FE Roof Rack Wind fairing vibration - solutions?

In strong headwinds at interstate speeds >70mph, I get a humming vibration sound from the plastic front edge of the roof rack (the wind fairing). I've checked to make sure nothing is loose. I was thinking about trying some of this rubber edging along the lower edge closest to the roof, which is where I think the vibration is happening, to see if it might make a difference... will report back.

Anyone noticed this vibration sound?

That looks promising, where did you find it?

I was going to do a db level with some gaffer's tape but that looks like a more better solution.
