Color behind the wheel hub caps

Hello, when swapping out the hub caps on the wheels, I noticed that three wheels had the bronze metal behind the cap whereas the fourth wheel had a grey metal piece under the cap. Are they all supposed to be the same? Or am I missing 3 of the grey metal pieces.

I hope you're not calling the R/H pic a bronze cap......... that's rust and is normal.

I meant the RH pic is missing the piece like the left side pic .
