Cascadia 4x4 - Hood Solar

Anyone tried out the Cascadia hood solar panel yet? Looks like they have a new VSS 2.0 panel for the LC250. Wonder if this would be a good way to keep the starter battery topped off as you run lights and a winch to it? Any thoughts?

At first glance, that looks like a lot of money for what you can get off of amazon for ~$100 to charge the 12v? Yeah, it's custom cut and all that, but still seems really pricey.

It’s silly. Nobody is going to have that on the hood while driving. So what’s the point of it being custom cut/fit? Better to have a panel with pop out legs so you can angle it towards the sun
