Can you add the cameras later if you buy a 1958?

I am considering one of these, but one of the options I really like are the extensive cameras including the underbody cameras for off-roading. Is it possible to install those parts and have them work in a 1958 using the factory parts? How about aftermarket solutions - are any credible and don't look like crap?

OEM parts I believe would be cost prohibitive, unless you can source the parts from a salvaged vehicle. Additionally, unless you have skills, labor would be enormous.
