Can we hook up Apple car play, and android car play?

So, I have Apple car play set up in Miss Daisy. My girl friend has an android phone(latest iteration of a Samsung IIRC). Can I set up the Toyota system so that if she is driving Miss Daisy, that her android phone can participate (google maps navigation)?

Just wondering if my GF’s Samsung phone (Google Maps) can also be used when she is in MIss Daisy, when I am not there (iPhone). I’m currently away from NC, where she and Miss Daisy are located.
