So one of the biggest annoyance I've had with the new LC in the first month has been that weird brake surge as you slow down to a stop. I've always tried to ease off on the brake as I approach the intersection so it's more comfortable and not slamming the car. However with the new LC it always feels like someone hit you from behind and causes you to have another brake surge if you do that.
Read through the forums people mentioned to turn off the PDA. I was hoping that was the issue so I went and checked my setting, but the setting has been off since I got the car from the dealership since a month ago.
However, I went ahead and turned it back on, and disabled the 3 options by themselves one by one (ending with the PDA option off, and sensitivity went from 2/3 to 1/3). Now for the last 3 days I have not experienced the brake surge when I slow down to a dead stop. Try it out. Hopefully this info will help someone out there!
