I talked to Toyota today about putting some new falcon ATs on my land cruiser and they wanna do an alignment. My car has 700 miles. Is this BS or something that’s needed? Thanks in advance.

BS if it is already aligned properly. Tires won’t change alignment. Many people get an alignment after purchasing new tires to ensure it is aligned and wear properly. But if it was indeed aligned from the factory you shouldn’t need it done again.
yep - unless something is wrong with the LC there is NO need.
If the tires are plus sized then it is good to have an alignment done.

Same size just going to Falken Wildpeak AT3W, they are on sale at Toyota, buy 3 get 1 for $1.00
As others have said -- I asked about this when I changed my tires to Goodrich AT's, and the answer I got from both Toyota and the tire store was "no need for an alignment unless I am noticing some problem" (and I wasn't)...
Yea if it’s the same size going in the same wheels then really there is no need for an alignment.
