2025 Land Cruiser Newbie

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jim and I ordered my new 2025 LC Premium this past week. While I wait for 5 to 7 months for it to arrive, I thought I would join your forum to see what I can learn about them. In hindsight, I probably should have joined prior to putting down the deposit but am confident the new LC won't disappoint me.
I live near Calgary, Alberta, Canada and have never owner a Land Cruiser. I don't intend to do any serious off-roading with it but often head out into the nearby rocky mountains hiking or skiing and this should work nicely!

Welcome Jim, from Jim. Sure hope yours will arrive sooner than 5-7 months. Ours is presently in our dealer's queue, so hopefully in a couple of months. Getting long in the tooth (83), and in the past a serious off-roader, but probably not so much going forward.

Oh, and BTW, when ours did show up in the queue, about the only thing that resembled our "order" was the fact it was a Land Cruiser. Keep tabs on it, and any portside options can be changed once it shows as committed to your dealer.

Thanks Jim! My dealer said there wasn't a waiting list but still takes a long time to get. They told me 5 to 7 months so I don't keep asking where it is!

One can go to the Toyota website and see what a dealer has in the build queue. Ours appeared last Tuesday. Our dealer receives their allocations every other Tuesday.

This was the estimate I was given here as well once I make a decision. Good luck with the wait being on the shorter side!

I guess I did better put a deposit on 2025 LC Premium yesterday and it will be in in 1 to 2 months
