1958 first tow

Towed for the first time this past week.
Right around 320 miles from North Florida to South.

Was a small 18' boat around 2500 lbs total.
It towed really well, of course I wasn't really pushing limits.

I think mpg was around 14 while towing doing 65-72 on the ride home.
I'm getting 25+ around town but I've been very mild with the LC while breaking it in.
Curious what others are getting for mpg while towing?

During the summer, I towed an enclosed UHaul trailer (probably 2k lbs total) to NC. Averaged 19mpg on the interstate at 70mph in tow/haul mode. No significant change in elevation. 1958 w OEM tires.
