I changed my oil at 1,100 miles and it was dark. like coffee dark and smelled like gas. I didn't notice any metal in it but I'm sending to get analyzed. See pics. (first pic has a rag that fell into it)

I personally think the JBL system is good. Not great like my wife's B&O, but really good. Good enough that I wouldn't spend any more money trying to upgrade it.

I just did my first oil change at about the 1,000 mile mark. I haven't changed oil in my rigs for some time, but it did look pretty dark to me. I'm going to send it in to have it analyzed, just for kicks. It was super easy though. DIdn't even need ramps or stands to get under it!
