Falkens AT3's 265/70/18s SL only weigh 38lbs and are slightly larger than 275/70/18s. Wonder if no rub and could fit without having to lift (vs the 285 70 r18)?

This video came up on my feed--might be helpful, especially for swapping 18" OEM tires to 285/75/18. As a spare, wonder if using a skinny/narrow 35" tire 17" or 18" rim would be a solve? You'd only us it temporarily until your flat's fixed...
