I'm patiently waiting for mine to ship. Who knows how long that will be, but they say "soon!" :)

    Greenlane rock sliders

Can these be used as lifting points given they are aluminum? Does Greenlane say anything about it? They look great and I love the idea of aluminum considering the sliders on my old Tacoma would rust on every scratch.

    PPF

My LC will be parked outdoors under a pecan tree, not garaged. Birds, leaves, pecans will make a mess of things. I hate to wax a vehicle more than once a year. Does PPF make sense given that situation? I also visit Big Bend National Park and that area at least once a year and there are lots of...

    Introduction - Radflo Shocks

Hey Thomas! What kind of changes can you expect from a Radflo shock upgrade? How do the various models compare to stock besides the potential lift?

    Bad Skid Advice on Youtube

I have been going back and forth on Toyota OEM plates or aluminum ones since the costs are pretty close. I had an ARB bumper and skid on my 2000 Taco which didn't age well. I know Toyota is manufacturing for cost in materials, process and shipping. They are great at stamping and agree the plate...

'Pizza Cutter' thoughts for my Premie.

Following this and I hope somebody has the resources to try out narrower and taller tires. Also, maybe the spare location will be a little nicer to a narrower tire? I really enjoyed this video that discusses the topic:

    Anyone purchasing below MSRP?

I'm in Austin and waiting for my 1958 in Meteor Shower to arrive from a dealer about 45 minutes out of town. I am still keeping my eyes open for a better deal, but good with what I negotiated on this one. Base MSRP as you know is $56K. Distributor add ons (seems like everything from Gulf States...

LCLC and Premium package additions to Safety Sense 3.0 vs. 1958

Can anybody with the 1958 verify the steering wheel just needs to have a couple of fingers on it to keep Lane Trace/centering working? Or, do you need to actually move it a little bit? Seems like FE and Premium can just touch the wheel to get it to work. My guess is the 1958 is missing a few...

LCLC and Premium package additions to Safety Sense 3.0 vs. 1958

So it uses a different sensor/camera than the adaptive cruise control that is on all the trims?

LCLC and Premium package additions to Safety Sense 3.0 vs. 1958

Thanks, these are the general differences, but they don't dive into the number of sensors/cameras or similar things.

LCLC and Premium package additions to Safety Sense 3.0 vs. 1958

As I am waiting for my 1958 to arrive, I am trying to understand some of the safety and convenience features I will be giving up vs. the other trims. Based on what I can see, the Premium Package gives you Lane Change Assist, Front Cross Traffic Alert and Traffic Jam Assist (with the app)...

👋 Welcome to the new Land Cruiser Forum - Please post an introduction thread!

Just put down my deposit on a 1958 in Meteor Shower. It's supposed to arrive around Sept 10th, but I'm not holding my breath. I am coming from a Gen 1 Tacoma that I drove for the past 24 years. It's a bit disconcerting jumping to a much more complicated vehicle, but it will be nice to finally...
