I might be in the minority, but I LOVE the rectangular lights on my LC. I think they’re super sharp and fit the flat/angular lines of the LC perfectly. And I actually don’t love the round lights on the 1958 and First Edition; they feel like they’re trying to make the LC look like a Ford Bronco...

I did my first oil change today at around 2200 miles. Just wanted to get some fresh oil and filter in her after the initial run in. Picked up the OEM filter and a crush washer from the dealer (about $11), got a Toyota-specific oil filter wrench (that fits a 3/8” socket drive) from Autozone...

Time for a re-road trip! You won’t be disappointed. Still wild horses up on the north end of the Cape (Corolla?) and a ferry ride south from Hatteras Village to Ocracoke. Some areas have changed over the years, but many haven’t. We’ve been going off and on for 30 years. Nothing like it!
