I bought a 1958 model Land Cruiser. Love it but i'm getting about 14.8 MPG. I added 33" tires and a front runner slimline 2 roof rack which i'm sure are affecting it a bit....but the best i got was 19.4 MPG on a 180 mile highway trip when it was brand new stock....anybody having this issue?
Thanks! They are KO2s. I like them considering that most of my miles are highway. We took it up to Southern Colorado this summer (Cuchara area south of Pueblo) and hit a bunch of jeep trails....it did great!
Hey there - I've been waiting for the 1958 for many months now. I'm really glad toyota brought a true utilitarian off road vehicle back to the US market instead of trying to compete with range rover. nothing against the 200s....but this is more my speed. if the 70 series was available in the US...
looks amazing. just took delivery of the same color and going to shamelessly copy you exactly :) well done. I don't totally love the look of this roof rack but i dont want to wait for baja and the others to come out with theirs...anyway functionality is the main priority. I'm so stoked that...
