I'd like to find matching Softex black pleather to cover my armrests on the 1958. Has anyone found an upholstery shop that sells the fabric with the white thread already sewn in it so it will match the top on the center console lid/armrest? Thinking t it wouldn't be too hard to cover it.
It will depend on the color. The Meteor Shower I think will hide the edge quite well. White, maybe will catch a little dirt at the edge that will be noticeable after a year? Hard to say. Here are front, side, and cowel photos.
It came on mine. It covers the whole hood panel, but it does not wrap over the edge. Its cut cleanly 1/8th of an inch all the way around. There is no PPF on the quarter panels. There is also a 8 inch triangle on the lower corner of the passenger door.
$1549.00 for the 265/65/18 Ridge Grapplers, and the spare still has the Toyo 245/70/18 on it. The spare wheel is the matching alloy wheel though which is nice incase you scrape up one of the other 4!
I took my 2016 GX460 with me to measure the cargo hold against the 1958. The 1958 is actually 5 inches deeper to the second row seat fold line. 1958 is 4 inches less on the overall door hole width than the GX but that's because the 1958 has a hatch that raises instead of the swing open door so...
I got the call yesterday and headed in to test drive. Plenty of power! Maybe a little shudder as the electric converts to all gas while slowly excellerating in Normal mode? It's only got 10 miles on her though so I think it will work itself out? Sport, Normal, Eco modes on the fly is super cool...
