Ha - without this thread and the 20 other ones just like it, I'm not sure I'd be paying that close of attention to it. But since my hunt/purchase focus is over, it's something else to stay interested in! and I'm with you on just enjoying the ride!
That's exactly what my 8 minute commute looks like both ways. Horrible to start and steadily increases. Does efficiency improve as the engine warms up?
I have an LC Premium and the heated seats (at least driver side) are working fine. Coming from a 2016 4R which had great heated seats, it seems like these heat up just as fast (had to turn them down with 7-8 minutes).
Just put in my premium horn 30 mins ago. Someone estimated 10 minutes and I would say that is an exaggeration - more like 7.
While under the hood, I took the time to find the battery jump connection - it is tiny! Like 2cm x 1cm tiny.
One more vote for super easy removal. A little heat, plastic scrapper to pry and it can off. Used by thumb to remove 90% of the adhesive and then a little ask naturL adhesive removal. Def nothing to be afraid about
All day, every day, these notifications are on my Android phone. Can anyone confirm they are related to the digital key? Per some reddit threads, I tried disabling the "Nearby Devices" permission, but that crashes the app. It's super annoying to have a notification 24/7 from the app. Is the...
LCLC with 70 miles on it. When my phone is connected via Android Auto, and I back out of Android Auto to the app screen, there is an icon for "Customize". Whenever I click on it, I get the pop up "Not available while driving." I've always tried while in Park, the Parking brake on, and also...
Ah, ok. Kinda annoying that you can't change the widget (either to Total or something totdally different) - i don't really need 2 MPG displays up at the same time.
Ah, that's why I can't find it on my LCLC. (And why the F would they not make that available in other trims??)
But even with total selected, it keeps resetting each start. Is there another menu where it needs to be selected?
Do you go to settings in the middle first and then scroll all the way to the right? (When i do that I get the checklist for the right cluster). Or do you have to be a 2 or 3 dial configuration first? I have never seen those options and it reseting each start is driving me nuts!
I'm talking non-mechanical features - items accessed through multi-media screen or displayed in dash? I'm picking up my Meteor Shower LC w/ Premium in about two weeks so I want to know what I should turn on or play with first!!
Yesterday, I test drove a LC Trim in Meteor Shower, Black Leather, Premium Package, 20" Wheels and a few other cosmetic options. 7 minutes on local roads, 5 minutes on highway. For reference, I'm moving up from a 2016 4Runner, and a 2008 4R before that, and this is a really nice step up!
The...
