Yes, stick with no lift. I did remove the mud flaps and the bracket from the rear fender well. I do have a 30mm spacer which puts me at approximately +40 offset. This is temporary while I wait for wheels to come in

I did this, the dealer contacted me and they replaced my entire braking system. It has now been about 3 weeks and 2k+ miles and there has not been the slightest noise. I would say that solved the problem.

They were not, they said the Tundras had a similar issue. I guess I was lucky in that when they got in to inspect it, it squealed very loud so the parts manager and technician were both interested in seeing what the issue was.
