Looking at those photos posted by the cheeky dealer it looks like the audio volume button has been moved from the side of the steering wheel down to a more sensible location
Same here - Admiral claim to have escalated to their “pricing team”
That said I first approached them about cover 6. Months ago and the concept of acceleration to underwriting/pricing has been touched upon more than once over that time with no positive outcome
My LC is scheduled to be...
Still no update to the insurance - I have Admiral trying to escalate internally - all being well the system will have been updated by tomorrow but it wasn’t showing the LC 250 today
Thanks guys - have made my dealer aware of the service plan pricing - it’s says interest free so is it instalments
Thanks for confirming it’s possible to buy mats and boot liner cheaper as separate items - much appreciated - have asked for that option
Yes - ÂŁ275 for rubber mats - trunk liner and the side mouldings
I want mats and boot liner just not sure about the rather strange looking mouldings
Did you get the mouldings installed
I have ordered the rubber mats and trunk liner but I am not sure I want the “side moulding” thing fitted
Anyone seen it installed - looks rather ugly from what I have seen in the US
Mine arrived at the dealer precisely as originally predicted today
Looks like collection next Friday insurance permitting
I am not happy paying $103k for what the US pays $70k plus for and having standard FE components like the stronger beefier sump guard deleted and available as a cost...
Once there are a few of us with vehicles be good to find a way to get some of the cool box tray inserts made
The cost to ship from the US doesn’t seem to be viable especially with all the import admin and duty costs the couriers now add
Seems the UK FE doesn’t have the tailgate lights - at the equivalent of $104k Toyota obviously need to save money by cheapening the spec for us Brits
Be interested to see if there are options to swap panels to add the lights (not that we should have to do it)
I suspect you will be fine with NFU now we have managed (several on here have been hammering away for a few weeks) to get Toyota to engage with the issue of securing an insurance rating
It’s very frustrating they didn’t sort it earlier but it is now being sorted
I am looking at the week of 21...
Read back a few pages - the number of Toyota Insurance is set out as are the answers to your questions
If you live out in a rural area you may be able to get a quote from them without need for extra immobiliser
As the bulletin pasted above explains there is no rating and won’t be until 21 Oct...
Welcome to the forum
If you read back in this string you will find
Toyota insurance will issue quotes now - but depending on area you may need an extra Immobiliser
Toyota released a notice via dealers on Friday admitting that the LC is not rated for instance and they say they are working...
