The best available solution was posted in another thread.. just requires you to find someone with a 3D printer. Found someone to print me one and it fits absolutely perfect!
They only had grey in stock that was suitable for being left in a hot car, but doesn't bother me.
Got to pick up my LandCruiser Premium today and I have been in awe of how nice it really is. Got to drive a 1958 a month ago and it's night and day difference. Very little driving time (basically dealer then home) but couldnt be happier!
One surprise, my Premium package came with rubber and...
Looks like LFD is developing their Rugged Crossbars for the LC... had them on my 4Runner and worked great. Only word of advice, get either stainless or aluminum (if they still make them) as thew regualr steel got pitted from rocks and rusted after a few years...
Worth noting, thats $1,450 CDN... So closer to $1,055 USD.
I have the Greenlane sliders on my 4Runner, without the kickout. While I like the sleeker look, if you plan on using them for steps to access something on the roof the kickout is helpful. I really like the fact that even where the...
Maybe something with ther front mount? Someone has already put an FE roof rack on a GX and it fit perfectly.
Another new option is Greenlane.. no weights posted though.

Well my 2+ weeks somehow turned into 3 days! LC arrived yesterday at the dealership and I pick it up sometime next week. Bit of a panic to sell my 4Runner, but the dealer gave a very aggressive price, so will likely just hand over the keys.
I like the Viofo cameras.. very well priced and decent quality. I also like how the wedge shape can sit tight to the glass and not interfere with sightliines. I have a A119 Mini 2 waiting to be installed.
If you search for the 'Dongar' thread, they mention the existing wiring and how to use their hardwire kit.. just a matter of mounting the camera somewhere. I have a VIOFO in my 4Runner and tuck it up behind the mirror and it works great. Can barely see it.
Thanks! I had looked last week and they didnt have them yet.
I looked at the US pricing to ship to Montana to pick up, but didnt see any at 20% off. Just went with BAM Wholesale prices, and it was within $200 Canadian, which isnt worth the drive down. $910 from a Canadian site for the OEM...
Give it some time, someone will figure out a work around with the relays. With 4Runners, you just had to bend one pin of the relay to make the fogs work anytime.
I am tempted to buy the oem upgraded skids.. but at the current price I think it makes more sense to wait for the aftermarket to catch up. At least in Cdn$, they are near $900.. where Greenlane Aluminum for a 4Runner are around the same price.
I tried the mountain peak rated All terrain for one winter and went to a dedicated winter the next... no comparison at all. We have snow for 5-6 months, so not something I want to cheap out on. My 20s will be swapped for winter tires come Oct/Nov and kept as such. Going to use the stock tires...
From what I understand, they only ind out what they are getting some 2-3 weeks in advance, not several months like with other vehicles. Not sure why Canada lacks in that department compared to US.
I dont think many in front of me wanted a premium, so guessing thats why I moved up. (And I have...
