Looking back to my 4Runner purchase, the new model year vehicles usually show up between Sept and Nov, so not really that far fetched. Perhaps only FE for 2024 in Canada.
Granted I havent seen an LC in person yet (hoping the local auto show this weekend) but going out 80mm shouldnt be that agressive, as stock wheels are usually at least an inch or two inside the fenders, and 80mm is just over 3", so you could get a tiny bit of poke outside the fender, which...
To clarify, when you say 'inset' are you referring to positive offset? (60mm offset)
I havent seen the wheel specs posted anywhere else yet, so just want to make sure. Some of the 18s I was looking at are 18x9, 0 et...which would leave the wheels protruding ~80mm more with a 285/70/18 tire...
Tundra and Sequoia are different engines, (Twin turbo V6 Hybrid, not a 4cy turbo hybrid) closest to what is currently available is the Grand Highlander Max, even then the electric engine is in a different postion. The exact engine is in the Tacoma TRD Pro and TrailHunter, but dont think those...

Its too bad they dont run the same option availability the US gets... I am leaning towards the Premium just for the stereo & leather/memory seats. Sell off the 20s or use for winter.
There is a car version of the 4 cyl turbo Hybrid Max.. Id have to find the video, (Found it, link below) but a Toyota engineer talked about the differences, like upgraded cooling in the truck version. I remember them mentioning 3" coolant lines specifically.
Video..
Worth noting, it may be easier to find info on the 'truck version' of the Hybrid Max by looking up Tacoma specs for the TRD Pro and Trailhunter.. apparently the truck version has quite a few changes from the car version.
Worth mentioning, the builder has been updated from when I first looked, also has some accesories on it as well! Roof rack is mentioned at $1400, rock rails at $900 etc
