Since all we have seen in the US are prototypes, I'm REALLY hoping Toyota listens to the "internet" feedback and relocates that volume knob on the production version.

According to the Lexus GX 550 press release, the overall width of the GX550 (+ mirrors) is 83.22 in
The Toyota press release has the overall width of the Land Cruiser at 84.2"
You are certainly not alone, but I think the days of dealer markups are nearing an end. I would be happy if you could order the Land Cruiser direct from Toyota's website and just pick it up from the dealer. That model seems to work well for Tesla.
