First mod was getting rid of the running boards and adding the OEM toyota skid plates. Side note, the TRD air filter listed for the Tacoma and on some websites saying it fits on the Land Cruiser.. not true. Does not fit.

not always. Some cars have pretty restrictive piping or all kinds or weird designs to keep noise down. Aftermarket intake can be beneficial. These days honestly just throwing in an drop in K&N is best bang for your buck.
