Yah......I want that color. Love seeing the in the wild pictures with real lighting! Looks like perhaps a first edition with silver guard (?) plate and roof rails?
#hype!
Regarding the dealers, I used their chat box to get attention in Sept. Someone got back to me right away. And I don't live in the city. I say, use whatever tech you have to get info.
I'm holding from contacting until I see the builder.
Price, options and colors will have me firm up...
Just did a google search on Land cruisers for sale near me. I think....they retain their value quite well, and trim is more whipped cream on top of a yummy cake then the model itself.
Interesting that the Ice cap white isn't on the list for premium package......Geez, that builder is like that old commercial for Christmas time. Open open open
"BUILDER BUILDER BUILDER"
This is why we need the builder. Cannot find anything concrete on the interwebs myself. Maybe they'll do a run of X amount per color, maybe they'll just do some. What did Ford do with theirs?
We don't know how things compare until builder is up and running. Considering the 2024 4runner builder options run from 1K all the way up to 10K on top of trim price, it's hard to say. We don't know what the premium package will cost in the LC, we know the 2024 Tacoma premium all in starts...
Speculation post from 7 hours ago on the 4 runner 2025. Do we have a 4runner thread? Maybe we should start one up in the competition? A New Toyota 4Runner Is Coming. Here's Everything You Need to Know
Considering the direction that things are going. I suspect it'll be more likely to see a solid state battery or other battery improvements before we see gas motor option in the US for this model. But, maybe?
With the annoucements, & media going on. I find it really hard to believe that dealerships don't know that LC is coming. Maybe when they don't know. I also believe that many just stopped taking waiting lists, too cumbersome, or not worth the while.
It seems like Toyota had/has a real...
And that is why I think many want the builder to come online. The total cost for our dreaming. If the LC with Premium really is a 75K car, then I'm out as well. With the Lexus GX topping out at 81K for the Luxury+, somehow, I think it's more along the line of 70. Course, I AM being hopeful...
Didn't one of the videos say that the Lexus press release is Feb 1. I assume LC is not that far behind it. They do seem to be spinning up the marketing machine a bit more recently.
Been scratching my head to know the difference between Wind Chill and Ice cap. Ice cap is a flat white, with a clear coat (used to be called Super White). The wind chill pearl, is a white paint, with flakes. Ice edge is not wind chill, but wanted to give a side by side of the different whites...
If I had to guess, it's as a result of today's tech which is all touch. Phone, Pads, everything. Touch or scan face. Dials are "old school". The LC is moving us forward in a different direction.
goodness what a lovely video. Appreciated the camera person showing the gloss of the paint. Now I'm reconsidering my color choices. This looks fabulous, and with Java seats!
Agree. Between the state or federal requirements coming up, and the obvious drive for improved batteries. Those days of V6, V8 are getting slimmer and slimmer.
I'm excited about the LC due to the blend of technology and capabilities. For the (re)entry for this vehicle, Toyota has appeared...
I think the Meteor is metalic? At least it reflects different light spectrum based on the angle of light. The Ice cap should be questionable, posted a picture from the website for review (2024 Toyota 4Runner Photo Gallery | Toyota.com).
.
USA dealer list: At least with mine, I put 3 colors on my list of choices. Less colors, means you might need to wait longer for your turn (same with trim).
I still have Heritage, Underground and Meteor shower as my color choices on my list. I am eyeballing Ice cap because that black trim and black tires just looks...(chef's kiss). I just know I'm never getting a black car again...haha.
