I was at the Toyota dealer in Seattle last week, and they have not received any LC information from Toyota yet.

I saw 27 MPG on the website as well and it's been deleted. 27 MPG combined is probably the vehicle design goal, but I think they're still working at getting there. Hopefully if they miss the goal it will not be by much.

My guess would be the LC 70 will come from Hino Hamura and the LC 250 will be manufactured at Tahara. I recall hearing on Youtube Hino is good at one-off production and may build the LC 250 first edition. 4runner production may have to wind down at Tahara before LC 250 production can replace...
