i took it to mean the opposite..... still under qc hold .....not shipping...... just changing the status on the computer to make those still stuck in port feel better. But thats just my interpretation.
But mines out of the port so what do I know =)
UPDATE From my dealer a minute ago............... So got an update from my GM today. The ones at port are not coming out of QC they are just actually being swapped over in system to freight with QC tag versus still showing A status and sitting at port.
Mine finished processing through the...
I'm not sweating mine, its not like its saran wrap, looks like they put a smidge of thought into the product lol. We are not at the 6 month mark yet after all. This may not be the film Toyota uses but it is an Industry supplier .
" Our vehicle transportation protective film is constructed...
Mine didnt have much to say after I threatened to go look at used corvettes . Still got my fingers crossed yours and mine might be on the same carrier. ๐ค
Mine was due at the dealer the day after the QC hold was announced. I am assuming mine has been sitting in the train yard for the last 2 weeks waiting to be cleared hopefully. TBounds is picking his up in TN which is where I am too so fingers crossed maybe tomorrow at some point some members...
From member TBounds who is picking up his FE tomorrow ,maybe just maybe they are starting to clear a few after an inspection perhaps? All speculation at this point. ....

I did the notify me for ventshades and the cargo liner back on April 8th when it said the same thing. I have been emailing them once a week they have provided no ETA as of yet.
Just came across Union Pacific info but only applies to west coast and north of texas. Actually super cool tells you how they load them, how many to a car etc, how they take care not to damage them etc....... From the Auto Factory to Your Local Dealership

I see some of our members are familiar with the various shipping ports and have spotted and photo'd them sitting and waiting. Just curious if anyone knows anything about the rail system. I have a FE that left Portland 4 weeks ago, Delivery was supposed to be last week so I am assuming its...
Thats a picture of the rear mud flap. The First edition "FRONT" mud flaps have the same metal detail and the same strap just like the rear but they DO NOT say First Edition.
If they are even willing to sell to you. 2 hrs from me in the same state (TN) and they told me to pound sand, I am not in their market. They kindly referred me to the Toyota dealer in my town that has them at $20k over MSRP.
That seems odd, my spec sheet and the sticker prior to processing had the same VIN, then when it processed and a new sticker was generated it had the same VIN again just seemed to have dropped the PIO installed air filter due to a shortage.
for what its worth mine (FE) is also a low vin 651 and sat in the Portland port from April 3rd to April 28th when it was processed and put on a train. Due date was this week may 20-25th but now on QC hold I am assuming at the train yard. My 1st sticker said it had a PIO Toyota air filter, 2nd...
I have an FJ too and waiting on a FE. I know that pic of the two is at an angle and makes the FJ look huge. How do they compare in size? care to take another pic from the front please? =)
