Ditto. I test drove both and bought the 58 (This was 6-8 weeks ago). I like most of the refinement in the GX, but if I realIy like the LC (and I do, so far) plan on giving the 58 to my Son next year and buying either an '25 FE or a '26 4Runner.

I was running the shopvac on mine last weekend and noticed the LC engine started and stopped several times while cleaning our cars. It was hard to tell how many times, as the shopvac was pretty loud.

My dealer told me there was a 2-gallon reserve, so even if the idiot light comes on, you can get to a station relatively easy.

Thank you for posting this. I didn't see this asked, but what weight oil were you using - Are there new specs? I'm Coming from an Eco-Diesel with quite stringent Oil Specs and will be doing my first change later this summer.
