20 MPG this morning from home to work, 20 miles, 50/50 Street/Freeway.

For a more clear pictures, LC stock 18s wheel/tire, with 35 psi, measures 31.75 inches, from ground to top of tire.

Yep, at full lock, plenty of room at front of wheel. However, pushing it at rear section, but I was able to see thru with no rub. My estimate around 3mm gap.

Can someone confirm if offset for this TRD wheel is +47.5 based on below photo?
